Financial Terms

Cost Effective Solutions

The fee per candidate is based on competence and complexity, typically from 13,000 Euros and upwards, paid on delivery.

Candidate Bonus

Focus on retention

Customers commit to paying a bonus of 10,000 Euros to the candidate if they work for the customer for a minimum of 36 months, current practice in Norway.
